Texas Dow Employees Credit Union (TDECU) was looking for a way to connect with Latino consumers in cities along the Texas Gulf Coast where they operated.
We engaged in an extensive branding workshop to distill their values and mission. The result being that their organization offered expert financial solutions, the
benefit being that consumers get the service an owner deserves. And they stand for the common good – of the families they serve and their employees.
We then set out to create a long form video that would not only inform viewers
of who TDECU was and what they offered, but what it was like to have them as your primary financial institution. The results were tremendous both in member acquisition but deepening share of wallet as well. This long form video was also cut into smaller 30 second TV spots for broadcast in their local markets.
