We worked with USAA to create a series of explainer videos for internal and external purposes. This piece is for members who land on the annuities page to learn more about that investment tool. A version was also used to email out to additional members as a marketing piece.

We had a brief meeting with the internal teams at USAA and then we developed a script and visual direction. After a few rounds of revisions we commissioned a voice-over, selected music tracks and began animating, making sure to work with their legal teams to include the necessary compliance messages.

Although we don’t have detailed analytics, USAA told us the email was very successful in getting members to call or click for more information. We continue to work with USAA to develop explainer videos and highly value our partnership.
